Belle Kingston Aykroyd was born on June 9, 1993, from Dan Aykroyd and Donna Dixon. She is the second children in the family. Her Siblings are Dan Aykroyd and Stella Irene August Aykroyd. Daniel Edward Aykroyd, commonly known as Dan was born on July 1, 1952, in Ontario, Canada. He was born on Canada day. His father Samuel Cuthbert Peter Hugh Aykroyd was a Civil Engineer, meanwhile, his mother Lorraine Helene was a secretary. Samuel was of Irish descent, meanwhile, his mother Lorraine was of French Canadian descent.

Almost every famous celebrity struggled in their early teens in order to get into Hollywood. Name and fame come with lots of effort. Similarly, Dan worked as a road surveyor back on his early teens. He studied criminology in college and because of his interest towards law enforcement, he collected police badges. However, he never completed his degree as he dropped out. He started to gain popularity on American late-night comedy show Saturday Night Live where he started as the writer in the show. He was paid $278 a week for his work.

Besides getting involved in TV shows and movies, Dan has also started his own business ventures. He along with Hard Rock Cafe co-founder Isaac Tigrett founded the House of Blues. House of blues is a chain of musical shows which promoted African-American cultural music including blues music and folk art.

He was financially helped by different celebrities for House of blues which first started in Cambridge. It later was spread to different other locations as well. It later went on to open seven venues in the United States and Canada, making it second largest live music promoter in the World. House of blues was bought by Live Nation, its number one rival company for $350 million back in 2006.

Later Dan, along with American painter John Alexander started Crystal Head Vodka. It was famous for its crystal skull-like bottle and for being filtered with Herkimer diamond crystals.

Mother Donna

Alike Dan, Bella Kingston Aykroyd’s mother Donna Dixon is another famous celebrity. She was a famous actress and model of her time.

She was born on July 20, 1957, in Virginia, in the United States of America. She was the daughter of Earl Dixon, a nightclub owner. She graduated from Groveton High School and attended the George Washington University. Similarly to her husband Dan, she dropped out later from George Washington University.

Her career as a model started in in 1976 when she was named Miss Virginia. Later after a year in 1977, she was named Miss Washington D.C. World.

She started her career as an actress when she starred alongside Tom Hanks in 1980 movie Bosom Buddies. Donna Dixon and Dan Aykroyd worked together in Doctor Detroit and then later they married. Although they starred together in a couple of movies, they have never shared the screen together.

Dan and Donna were married in 1983. Although Dan was earlier engaged to Carrie Fisher, their engagement broke as Carrie reunited with her ex-boyfriend Paul Simon.
